Witchbrook is due to launch as a digital game on January 28, 2027, with a newly confirmed PS5 version. Publisher Chucklefish says boxed copies will come later.

In its release announcement, Chucklefish says Standard and Collector's Editions are in the works. They will come after the digital game to avoid holding up its launch. The publisher plans to say more about platforms and special editions later. It has not set a date for those copies in this post.

The publisher's current platform list names Steam, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PS5. The new PlayStation version is due on the same day as the other digital releases.

Witchbrook was also part of Nintendo's October 28 Indie World line-up. Its developers are Chucklefish and Robotality. The game is set in Mossport, where players attend a magic college, run a business and get to know the people who live there.

Players can play alone or in an online group of up to four, the publisher says. Sony's UK PlayStation listing also lists four-player online play and says PS Plus is needed for that mode.
